Management Marketing & Technology Associates, based in Littlleton, MA, proudly announce the firm’s certification as a “qualified HUBZone small business concern.” The purpose of this US Small Business Administration program is to increase the overall government wide procurement goals to small businesses in specially designated areas of the country. It is designed to encourage economic development in historically underutilized business zones by establishing preferential treatment in the awarding of federal contracts. The intention is to promote not only economic development but also employment growth in distressed areas by providing access to more Federal contracting opportunities.

Management Marketing & Technology Associates (MMT) provides management marketing & technology consulting services to federal, state and local government agencies and contractors. In addition, MMT plans to provide their consulting services to start-up technology firms that provide products to these contractors. The partners also expect to work with small to mid-sized privately held and family owned businesses.

“We offer government and private clients alike the means to have the best internal processes of management and technology systems alongside a consistent marketing image to the external world,” says James Kennedy about their services. We know that informed, effective management, marketing and technology constitute three essential cornerstones for organizational success in today’s ever changing environment. MMT brings expertise in these three areas so clients can achieve their goals and ultimately their vision of success.

MMT will be included in the listing of qualified small business concerns on the Small Business Administration website (http://www.sba.gov/hubzone). MMT is located at 50 Gilson Road Littleton, MA. They can be reached at 1-800-747-6202.

Co-founders Anne Wallace and James Kennedy announce the launching of Management Marketing & Technology Associates (MMT), Management, Marketing and Technology consulting. They recently opened an office in Lowell in the renovated Wannalancett Mills near the UMass Lowell campus and the Tsongas Arena. MMT is committed to building economic development for the region while offering area employees the opportunity to learn the skills of management, marketing and technology consulting.

MMT is a majority woman owned small business that is HUBZone certified by the Federal Government SBA. Their consulting services target large federal, state and local government contractors, as well as start-up high technology firms working with those contractors. In addition, MMT plans to work with small to mid-sized privately held and family-owned businesses.

The new firm represents the combined resources of The MIT Group, an organization and management development company, headed by Anne and the MBA Team, an Internet marketing and web design firm that Lowell native James founded. Anne began The MIT Group 20 years ago after completing doctoral work at the Mass Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management in organizational studies and behavioral sciences. James, a former Lowell School Committee member, has an MBA from Bentley College and has worked in marketing and web design for 10 years, founding the MBA Team in 2000.

“We offer government and private clients alike the means to have the best internal processes of management and technology systems alongside a consistent image to the external world,” says Wallace about their services. Knowledgeable, effective management, marketing and technology constitute three essential pillars for organizational success in today’s ever changing environment. MMT brings expertise in these three areas so clients can achieve their goals and ultimately their vision of success.

“Because satisfied clients and satisfied employees go hand in hand, organizations that continuously develop staff expertise, we focus on techniques and strategies to empower managers and staff through development. Our innovative approaches to management, marketing and technology provide the keys to constant change in the environment.” Although engineering firms differ from federal agencies in unique ways, all share the need to be responsive to clients and employees. MMT services include strategic planning, market research, website design, branding, change management, employee development programs, executive coaching, reorganization, advertising campaigns, internet marketing and conflict resolution.

“What makes Management Marketing & Technology Associates unique is that we provide clients with specific measures of the bottom line impact and value for all our interventions and consultations.”
